5K Course
We will run the 5K course with the start and finish at the Fire Department Fish fry shack and stay in the lower part of Sullivan's Island.
Water Stations: There will be a water station at the Mile 2 mark.
This is an open course meaning there will be cars on the road as well as runners. The course will be well marked and there will be volunteers but it is your responsibility to stay to the right when running with traffic and to the left when running against traffic. Please be courteous and mindful of cars and other runners. We want everyone to be safe!
PARKING:
Please make sure all 4 tires are off of the pavement when parking on the side of the road!
MIDDLE STREET: both sides have parallel parking available.
BATTERY JASPER: Drive PAST 15th/Hennessey and turn left on the next street, Palmetto. Follow the signs to "Historical Marker" and there is a lot of parking along the Battery Jasper park. Please do not park in front of homes or block driveways across from the park.
Parking along Poe, Atlantic and other streets on Sullivan's Island: Please follow all parking signs and do not park where not allowed or block driveways.
Do not park in the Library or Post Office parking lots.
